Option 1 - DIY APPLY ON-LINE
- Go to find me a good mortgage
where you’ll find our on-line search engine with thousands of mortgage
products.
- Find the right product for you and complete the on-line application.
- We will send you the completed application to check and sign.
- Just send it back in the envelope provided with any additional information
requested and we’ll do the rest.
- You can even be kept up to date with the application process by logging
onto our Mortgage Tracker.

Option 2 - THE TELEPHONE OPTION
- Call us on 0845 10 80 555 and speak to an IFA Mortgage Specialist
who will be happy to guide you through the mortgage process.
- Once we have helped you establish your needs, we will send you all
the relevant information together with a completed application form
for you to check and sign.
- Just send it back in the envelope provided with any additional information
requested and we’ll do the rest.
- You will then be able to log on to the Mortgage
Tracker and follow your own mortgage application process on-line.
- Alternatively, complete our ring-back request form and we will phone
you back at a time that is convenient to you.

Option 3 - ON-LINE ADVICE
- Just complete our short fact-find telling
us your current financial situation and let us know of any future plans
you may have in respect of a mortgage application.
- We will advise you by e-mail the mortgage products we think are right
for you together with the relevant product information.
- If you are happy with the advice you have received, just confirm this
by e-mail and we will send you the completed application form for you
to check and sign.
- Just send it back in the envelope provided with any additional information
requested and we’ll do the rest.
- You will then be able to log on to the Mortgage
Tracker and follow your own mortgage application process on-line.
